TERMS OF SERVICE
DISCLAIMER
> The following Terms and Conditions are for Commissions provided by the Artist (youmademymayday).> Commissioning the Artist will indicate acceptance by you of all the following Terms of Service, including changes or modifications of such terms and conditions in the future.CONTENT OF SERVICE> Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG / .JPG format;this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, .ai ), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from the Artist.CLIENT OBLIGATION
> The Client must specify the content of the Commission to the best of their ability. The Client is responsible for providing important information and a clear description / reference to the Artist prior to a Commission Agreement. Failing to provide information may result in the Artist’s inability to complete the Commission to the Client’s fullest satisfaction, in which the Client will be held responsible> The Client is obligated to respond to the Artist in a timely fashion. The Artist will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the Client’s negligence of communication. Absence of communication longer than 20 days will be considered as cancellation with no refund.DESCRIPTION
> Display size of the Commission is set at a default maximum resolution of 2079 x 2953 px – 300 dpi (B5)
(RGB color mode) Custom display settings of the Commission are available upon request.
A larger display size(larger than standard size of A4,A5,A6,B5,B6 ) will incur additional illustration fees,
to be definedand agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.> All prices are as a guide only and may not represent the final price of a particular Commission.
>Commissions for commercial purposes will incur additional fees (total price*2.5), to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
> A complex Commission will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in
the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

How to order
▌ PROCESS & PAYMENT
1). Client sends brief and confirms the price
After that, a sketch will be sent for approval. Once approved, a 50% deposit is required.
(During this stage, unlimited revisions are allowed with no extra charge.)2). Once the first draft is approved, a rough color sketch will be sent
(At this stage, up to 3 revisions are allowed. Additional revisions will cost 50 per time.)3). Final work delivery
(No revisions will be allowed at this stage, unless otherwise decided by the artist.)
